UV lamps, electronic ballasts, quartz sleeves and UV sensors for low-pressure, TOC and medium-pressure UV systems. Parts are selected by equipment model, power, wavelength, dimensions and operating conditions.
UV disinfection consumables are the replacement lamps, quartz sleeves, ballasts and seals that keep 254 nm and 185 nm UV systems at their validated dose. The KONCHE UV consumables programme supplies lamp-and-ballast power classes from 10 W to 1,000 W for 254 nm disinfection, 185+254 nm TOC stages and broad-spectrum medium-pressure duties. The range includes conventional low-pressure lamps (10–80 W), low-pressure high-output / amalgam lamps (50–1,000 W), medium-pressure lamps (200–1,000 W), TOC-degradation lamps, matching electronic ballasts (10–1,000 W with over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and over-temperature protection), G10Q wired lamp holders, custom quartz sleeves and 254 nm intensity sensors. A 1,000 W rating alone does not define lamp pressure: both low-pressure amalgam and medium-pressure configurations are available, so every replacement is confirmed against spectrum, lamp current, starting mode, dimensions, cap and reactor model. All parts are selected for KONCHE and mainstream-brand UV equipment with technical selection support. Typical users: ultrapure-water systems, pharmaceutical GMP loops, food and beverage lines, municipal and school drinking water, electronics and PCB plants, and pools.

FAQ
How do I order the correct UV lamp?
Send the system model, lamp marking, power, wavelength and a photo of the existing lamp or nameplate.
Why does the lamp still light but need replacement?
UV output can fall even when visible light remains. Replacement should follow operating hours and intensity monitoring.
How often should quartz sleeves be cleaned?
A common reference is every three months, adjusted for water hardness, iron, turbidity and deposits.
Can one ballast be used for different lamps?
Only when power, current, starting mode, dimensions and controller compatibility are confirmed. Do not assume interchangeability.
