QUICK ANSWER

What is the WRS-1000 and who is it for?

A complete, one-line treatment plant producing 1,000 liters of purified drinking water per hour from groundwater or deep-well sources — sized for water refilling stations, schools, restaurants, offices and small communities. RO removes dissolved salts, heavy metals and fine contaminants; UV provides final disinfection.

At a glance

  • ≈ 8,000 liters in an 8-hour day — roughly 400 five-gallon containers
  • Handles high iron, manganese, hardness, odor or brackish water with added pretreatment
  • Configured from your raw-water test before quotation

Recommended process

Every stage protects the next; together they turn source water into refilling-station product water.

Raw Water Tank → Pump → Optional Iron/Manganese Removal → Sand Filter → Activated Carbon → Softener or Antiscalant → Cartridge Filter → RO → UV → Clean Water Tank → Delivery Pump

Key features

  • 1,000 liters of purified water per hour
  • Suitable for groundwater and deep-well water treatment
  • RO removes dissolved salts and fine contaminants
  • UV provides final disinfection
  • Customizable for high iron, manganese, hardness, odor, or brackish water
  • 220V/60Hz configuration available for the Philippines

Maintenance at a glance

ItemTypical interval
Sediment / cartridge filters1–3 months
Activated carbon6–12 months
RO membranes2–3 years
UV lampReplace yearly

Important note

A raw-water test is required before system design. If the water contains high iron, manganese, sulfur odor or salinity, extra pretreatment may be needed. UV provides final disinfection but does not protect water from recontamination in long distribution pipelines.
